ABOUT

Welcome the Year Ahead with Clarity & Calm

Give yourself the gift of a winter weekend to slow down, exhale, and begin again.

Together we’ll honour and release the year behind us and gently welcome the bright possibilities of 2026.

Nestled in the peaceful woods of Five Oaks, this women’s retreat offers a heart-centred sanctuary to pause, reflect, and create your personal vision for the year to come.

What to Expect

This weekend is all about warmth, connection, and soul-nourishing practices. Over three spacious days you’ll be lovingly guided to:

  • Release & Renew – Melt away the weight of the past year with gentle QiGong movements, healing sounds, sage-clearing, and a guided meditation.

  • Listen Inward – Through gentle yoga, mindful breathwork, and cosy journaling sessions, you’ll tune into your heart’s quiet whispers. You’ll have the opportunity to share with others if you desire, welcoming the nourishing support from others.

  • Set Your Intention – In our playful, supportive workshop you’ll discover a single word of the year that captures your hopes and desires for 2026.

  • Root & Celebrate – Embody your new intention with restorative yoga, self-facial massage, and a creative Saturday craft—plus plenty of time to laugh, sip tea, and share stories with an uplifting community of women.

Every activity is optional and all movement is accessible for every body. You will also be provided with some quiet time for reflection. Come as you are and move how you feel.
