Post Activity Smoothie Recipes

These recipes provide the body with what it needs to help replenish after a workout or other activity and give you the energy you need to get on with your day.Â
1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milkÂ
1/2 cup coconut waterÂ
2 kale leaves or a handful of spinachÂ
1/2 avocadoÂ
1/2 cup of mixed berriesÂ
1 tbsp hemp seeds
Handful of iceÂ
Mix ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!Â

1/2 cup plain yogurt or kefirÂ
1/2 avocadoÂ
2 tbsp raw cacao powderÂ
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1/2 tsp cacao nibsÂ
Optional: 1 heaping tbsp of peanut butter or other nut butter
Handful of iceÂ
Mix ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!Â
