These recipes provide the body with what it needs to help replenish after a workout or other activity and give you the energy you need to get on with your day. 

BERRY SMOOTHIE 

1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk 

1/2 cup coconut water 

2 kale leaves or a handful of spinach 

1/2 avocado 

1/2 cup of mixed berries 

1 tbsp hemp seeds

Handful of ice 

Mix ingredients together in a blender and enjoy! 


CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE 

1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk 

1/2 cup plain yogurt or kefir 

1/2 avocado 

2 tbsp raw cacao powder 

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1/2 tsp cacao nibs 

Optional: 1 heaping tbsp of peanut butter or other nut butter

Handful of ice 

Mix ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!
