My passion is to help support the burnt-out overdoer. As someone who identifies as a Type A personality, I understand the importance of taking time for myself on the mat. Prioritizing my mental and physical health enhances my output, and I want to share this with others.
During the lunch and learn, I will discuss the positive benefits of yoga and provide practical tips on how to incorporate yoga into daily life, allowing participants to experience its transformative effects. Your staff will also receive resources to help them apply these practices to their everyday routines.
Allow me to offer participants a calming experience through breathwork, gentle movements, and meditation that will help individuals unwind and relax. In addition, I'll provide practical tools for incorporating mindfulness techniques into daily life that can be practised at home, resulting in both physical and emotional benefits. This will be a longer experience and could be used as a team-building event.
Participants will be supplied with various resources to continue their journey long after the event is done. This approach promotes wellness and stress relief, as well as an ongoing sense of inner peace.
