Chair Yoga at Colour Paradise

Join me for a gentle and accessible Chair Yoga Series at Colour Paradise Greenhouses. Perfect for those who prefer to stay off the floor while still reaping the benefits of mindful movement. This class is designed to help relieve stress, improve mobility, and foster a deeper connection with your body, all from the comfort of a chair. We will do some standing work with the aid of the chair. Modifications will be provided to suit your needs.

Gentle Fusion Flow Evening Yoga

Shake off the stress of the day with this flowing yoga session. Fusion Flow is a blend of Qigong, Yoga and other feel-good movements to help you calm your nervous system, get the blood circulating within your body, stretch out tight muscles, improve your mobility and bring peace into your evening. The mood of these classes is light, fun and relaxing. No need to take yourself seriously and look a specific way. Feel good in your body and discover the joy of movement! Evening Yin Yoga

Undo the busyness of your day and promote a good night's sleep with this soothing yin session. This class is very meditative and includes fewer yoga poses. Yin yoga focuses on longer stretches for the plastic tissues, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Through the longer holds yin yoga helps to balance the internal organs and improve the flow of prana/qi throughout the body. Yin postures help rush blood to areas of the body that are 'off the beaten path’.

Yin yoga focuses on longer stretches for the plastic tissues, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Through the longer holds yin yoga helps to balance the internal organs and improve the flow of prana/qi throughout the body. I suggest wearing your pyjamas. This class could be done in bed as I leave you in Savasana to drift off to sleep.

Designed for desk workers, this gentle stretch session targets stiffness from prolonged sitting and computer use, while soothing breathwork helps to melt away stress.
