Release Knots in Shoulders: Easy Self-Massage and Stretch (Video Included!)

The good news is that you don't have to endure the pain! There's a simple self-massage and stretch you can do to help release the tension and get on with your day.
In this video, I'll guide you through the process I use to loosen those tight muscles and melt away the pain. It's quick and effective.
You will need a massage ball or tennis ball.
Don't have one? Don't worry!
Grab two pairs of socks, put three socks inside another sock and push it down into the toe area to form a firm ball. Voila, you have a self-made massage ball.
