Drop-in Online Gentle Flow, Saturday at 9 am EST

Start your weekend off right with a gentle fusion flow morning yoga class. This class intends to help you relieve stress, improve mobility and connect inward. We'll start with a breathing exercise to calm the nervous system, stretch the body with gentle movement and end with a short guided meditation. You'll leave the session feeling grounded and refreshed, ready to take on the day.

This flow session offers a blend of Qigong, Yoga and other feel-good movements to help you calm your nervous system, get the blood circulating within your body, stretch out tight muscles, improve mobility and bring peace into your life. The mood of these classes is light, fun and relaxing.

This is a drop-in opportunity of the current 8-week series.
