A Practice in Slowing Down

This class is a 'Practice in Slowing Down' where we'll play with patience. It's a full-body class that will help you slow down after a busy day and prepare you for a good night's sleep.
You may want:

  • A mat
  • Blocks
  • Pillows
  • Blanket
  • Access to a wall for the last pose (if you want to do legs up the wall OR a chair if you want your legs on a chair)
