I don't know about you but I can feel stress and anxiety rising. Is it just me or are you struggling with it right now as well? It's a busy time of year, crazy things going on in the world and balance work and life of course too.
In this class, we’re going to provide support to our adrenal glands while we focus on balancing the energy of the Kidney Meridian to help provide relief from anxiety and improve energy. The kidney meridian runs from the soul of the foot, inner leg, through the groin, bladder & kidneys and up our torso and finishes at the root of the tongue. The session intends to provide you with relief from anxiety, help improve your energy and reduce lower back pain. Also, we'll spend some time releasing tension in the shoulders and neck as we often hold a lot of tension there.
