Ahimsa, non-harming

The class is themed around Ahimsa, non-harming. The focus will be on slowing down and being kind to yourself. 

You will need:

  • A mat

  • A strap (belt or scarf)

  • 2 blocks (or thick books)

  • 1-2 large pillows if you'd like to be supported in child's pose
