Balance the Chakras

We'll wrap up our current 8-week series with a full-body session to 'Balance the Chakras'. During this practice, we'll focus on creating balance b between mind and body as well as balancing our chakras to encourage a healthy flow of energy.

You will need:

  • A mat

  • 2 blocks

  • 2-3 pillows

  • A blanket
