I'm looking forward to sharing a cosy yin yoga session with you on this cool, winter-looking day. I'm sure many of you aren't happy to see the snow, but I'll admit, I love it! So you can feed off my positive energy for it.


In this full-body practice, we'll 'Balance the Chakras', both physically and mentally. Here is a list to help you prepare for the session.


You may want:

  • A mat (or other soft surface like a carpeted area or your bed)
  • 2 blocks or thich soft cover books
  • 2-3 different-sized pillows
  • A blanket
