This is the recording from October 28, 2023. In this practice, we'll focus on moving from the centre of your being. We'll work our abdominal area and do some balance work.

You will need:

  • A mat
  • A small ball (like a child's playground ball) or a hand folded up towel
  • A block or thick book
  • Optional pillow and blanket
