De-Stress and Healing Sounds for Organ Health

This is the recording from July 29, 2024. In this practice, we'll focus on releasing stress and playing with healing sounds for the major organs. These healing sounds help to clear out negative emotions. We'll hold a pose with the corresponding yin yoga pose to help balance the energy of those meridians.

You may want:

  • A mat or other soft surface
  • 2 blocks or thick books
  • 2-3 pillows
  • A blanket
