In this practice, let's focus on an "Emotional Release". Maybe it's a rage release from seeing the snow again, having to pull out the shovel....again. Or maybe it's from listening to the news, and you're feeling fed up! This session is going to be about getting it out in a safe place, on your mat. We'll release all the emotion from our body and nervous system. We'll wrap up with a slightly longer meditation to help you relax and set the tone for the rest of your day.
You will need:
A mat
2 blocks
Optional pillow & blanket for meditation
