Full-Body Feel Good Stretch

In this class, we'll enjoy dynamic movements for your whole body and fascia! Perfect for a break from your desk.

We start this class in a chair and then use the chair for some hip and leg stretches. You'll get to enjoy a full body fascial stretch to help your hips, shoulders and upper back feel renewed!

You will need:

  • A sturdy chair (we will be putting our foot on the chair at some point so if a chair feels too high for you have a sturdy stool nearby)
  • A yoga mat
  • A yoga strap (if you don't have a strap bring a scarf or a hand towel)
