Full-Body Release & Soften + Intention Setting

This is the recording from September 14, 2024.

This full-body sequence intends to help you release stress and improve mobility. We'll fluctuate between stimulating movement to help us release to slow and gentle movement to help us soften. Since fall is another good time of year to check in and set intentions, we'll also set an intention for the fall season and allow this intention to root within you and grow.


You will need:

  • A yoga mat
  • 2 blocks or thick books
  • A pillow
  • Optional blanket for savasana
