Ground Yourself in a Fast-Paced World

This session starts by nourishing your nervous system through breathwork, gentle movement and a bit of self-massage to help get out of your head and into your body. The yin practice is focused on grounding holds while using mantras to help keep you present and to be gentle and loving with yourself.

You may want:

  • A mat or other soft surface
  • 2 blocks or thick books
  • 2-3 pillows
  • A blanket
