Grounded & Restored

In this practice, we'll expand from last week's class and continue to go deep into the hips while adding the shoulders. We're going to end with a relaxing face massage. I recommend getting ready for bed, washing your face, and bringing some face oil or cream along with you if you have any.

You will need:

  • A mat or other soft surface
  • 2 clean teaspoons
  • Face oil or cream (don't worry if you don't have any)
  • 2 blocks if you have them
  • Pillows & a blanket
