Happy Hips

In this session, we'll get deep into the hips to help combat tight hips from long periods of sitting or standing. We'll also get into the supporting structures of the hips like the hamstrings and pelvis, which will also feel good for the lower back.
You will need:

  • A mat
  • A cloth that you don't mind being on the floor and your foot on (if you're on a carpeted area you won't need the cloth)
  • A strap or scarf or belt
