Head to Toe with Extra Hips & Shoulder Mobility

This is a well-rounded practice where we'll move the body from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. We'll spend a little extra focus on the hips and shoulders as those are the areas where most people struggle with tightness and mobility issues.

You may want:

  • A mat
  • 2 blocks or thick books
  • 1 pillow
  • Optional blanket
