Do you struggle with tension headaches? Or do your shoulder muscles feel hard as a rock? This class is for you! We'll focus on releasing tension from the shoulders, neck and face. We'll be doing some myofascial release work and of course yin postures. We will have some different props for this one. This session will also be a great overall 'Stress Reliever'.
You will need:
A clear wall - we will start the practice against a wall.
2 massage balls or tennis balls - if you don't have either, don't worry. Take 2 socks and put them into another sock and tie the sock at the end to make a ball. Make 2 of these.
2 blocks or thick books
Pillows
2 teaspoon size spoons
