Healing Sounds to De-stress

Tonight, we're going to be doing one of my favourite practices, "Healing Sounds to De-stress". We'll work with 6 healing sounds to clear out negative emotions. These are organs sounds and we'll hold a yin yoga pose for the specific organ to stretch and clear those meridians.

You will need:

  • A mat

  • 2-3 various sized pillows

  • 2 blocks or thick books

  • A blanket
