We'll start with some gentle movement to help you transition from a busy day and move into our yin postures, allowing you to go inward and promote healing, and we'll end with a relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation. With yin yoga, your body temperature will drop, so I encourage you to dress warmly. You may want to wear your pyjamas as it's the perfect class to help prepare you for sleep.Â
