Hips & Balance Spring Flow

Let's continue our journey of dusting off the cobwebs of winter and coming home to ourselves. In this practice, we'll focus on letting go of stress and tension that has accumulated within the body. It will be a full-body session with a little extra focus on the hips and introducing some balance work.


You will need:

  • A mat
  • A sturdy chair
  • 2 blocks or thick books
  • Optional pillow and blanket
