Joyful Movement to Release Stress from Body

This is the recording from October 14, 2023. The first half of this class will be yummy dynamic stretching through gentle movement and the second half will be relaxing static stretches. The focus is to release tension in the body and find joy in movement.

  • A block or thick book
  • A pillow
