Juicy Joints

Join me for this 'Juicy Joints' class! If you've been feeling achy, whether from hormones, ageing, stress, or postural habits, this class is for you! We'll work out the sticky spots within the joints of the whole body and get things flowing to help reduce pain and improve mobility.

You will need:

  • A mat
  • A block (or thick book)
  • Optional weight (anywhere from 5 - 10 lbs)
  • Optional pillow & blanket
