Let Go With the Flow

This class will focus on releasing tension in the typical areas where most of us hold stress through flowing movement, self-massage and enjoyable stretching.

You will need:

  • A mat
  • 2 blocks or thick books
  • Massage ball or tennis ball (if you don't have either, take a sock or two and bunch it up inside another sock and tie it to form a soft ball)
