Lower Body Reset

During this practice we'll focus on releasing tension and building strength within the lower body, specifically the hips, thighs (inner & front) and hamstrings.

You will need:

  • A mat
  • 2 blocks or thick books
  • A yoga strap (scarf or belt if you don't have one)
  • Optional pillow & blanket
