Lower Body Reset

Recording from January 25, 2025.

This class will focus on the lower body, from the lower back, hips, knees, and feet. We'll end with a full body tension release and the most important part of all, rest :) I've aimed at creating a class where you don't have to use any props, however, there may be some items you want nearby just in case you need them. 
You may want:

  • A mat
  • 2 blocks or thick books
  • A pillow 
  • A blanket
