Lower Body Reset

In this session, we'll be doing a 'Lower Body Reset' where we'll get into the hips, hamstrings, quads and feet. This practice will also help relieve lower back tension you may be experiencing.

You will need:

  • A mat
  • 2 blocks or thick books
  • Yoga strap or scarf
  • Optional pillow
