Lower Body Reset

In this practice, we will focus our physical practice on the lower part of the body while we focus our emotional practice on letting go of the undone. Do you have those days when you have trouble calming down, as there is still so much to do? We live in a very demanding world, and we often put unrealistic expectations on ourselves. Today, I'm going to help talk you down so you can relax and prepare for a good night's sleep.


You will need:

Mat or other soft surface
Strap or scarf or belt
Blocks
Pillows
Blanket
