This is the recording from the free session on December 11th. This session will be the perfect stress reliever as we give our lower body some love and end the session with a relaxing yoga nidra meditation.
You will need:
A mat or other soft surface such as a carpeted area
A chair
Various-sized pillows (it's always good to have lots nearby)
A blanket or two
A rolling pin (if you don't have a baking rolling pin it's okay, I'll give you options)
