Morning Spine Mobility & Happy Hips

If you're feeling tight in your lower back up to your neck, this class is for you'. The focus will be to help improve mobility throughout the whole spine. We'll also stretch and strengthen the hips, glutes and legs.


You may want:

  • A mat
  • 2 blocks or thick books
  • Optional pillow and blanket
