Is your self-talk negative and critical? Then this class is for you. Let's release the negative self-talk and practice speaking kindly and positively to ourselves.
We'll also work on our shoulders and hips in our movement.

You may want:

  • A mat
  • 2 blocks
  • An optional pillow and blanket (for knees & savasana)
