This is a full-body session where we focus on practising being with ourselves. Often we keep ourselves distracted with social media, alcohol, shopping, being busy, etc. to avoid being with ourselves. I will leave a lot of quiet space within each pose to give you time to be with yourself and reconnect.
NOTE: This practice is not recommended for beginners. I'm not providing a lot of ques so it's best for those who have some experience with Yin Yoga.
