In this practice, I want us to flow nicely between Qigong and Yoga to create a nice balanced practice for spine health. We'll also get into other parts of the posterior chain such as our glutes, hamstrings and calves.
You may want:
A mat
A broomstick for some myofascial release at the end - if you don't have easy access to one, something similar that is similar size, long and firm.
Optional blanket for when we're on our knees
Optional pillow
