Reconnect with YOU

In this practice, we'll use the wall as our main prop for a full-body session. You can also use the edge of a sturdy chair or couch. Also, if you are feeling disconnected with yourself, I invite you to take this time on your mat to 'Reconnect with YOU' and to a higher source (if that resonates with you).

You will need:

  • A mat or carpeted area
  • A clear wall or the edge of a sturdy chair or couch
  • 2 blocks
  • Optional pillows & blanket
