Relaxing Fascia Stretch

In today's class we will focus on the fascia, the connective tissue that holds us together. We're going to stay low to the ground to help us unwind and relax. We'll use slow movement and gentle stretching mixed with some active work to help release tension and improve the elasticity and hydration within the fascia. 


You will need:

  • A mat
  • A blanket
  • A block
  • Optional pillow
