Release Stress and Improve Flow

This is the recording from October 21, 2023. In this class, we'll focus on releasing stress from the body. It is a full-body practice. The first half is a qi-gong flow and the second half is more of a hatha style where we hold a pose for 3-5 breaths. This practice is great for circulation and the lymphatic system to get things moving.

You will need:

  • A mat
  • 2 blocks or thick books
  • Yoga strap or scarf
