This is the recording from February 24, 2024. This full-body class intends to release stress and tension within the joints, muscles, nervous system and organs to leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

You will need:

  • A mat
  • A block
  • A strap

Note: I've marked this as WRIST-FREE, however, there are two spots where we're on our writs for a very short bit. Modifications to avoid the wrists are as follows:

  • When on all fours for hip circles, you could do it from your elbows
  • Instead of downward dog you could do a forward fold
