Reset for the Low Back, Hips & Knees

We're going to be focusing on the IT (iliotibial) Band. This fibrous cord of connective tissue runs along the outside of your thigh, from the hip to below the knee. When tight from sitting, excessive running or walking, it can cause pain in the knee, hip & lower back.

You will need:

  • A mat
  • A strap (scarf or belt could work)
  • A black (thick paperback book could work)
  • A pillow
  • Optional blanket
