Restorative Class for Sleep

This is the recording from May 27, 2024. In this session, we'll use lots of props and hold the poses for four minutes each. We'll start with some gentle tapping and massage work where we'll stimulate acupressure points that are helpful to release anxiety and for insomnia.

You will need:

  • A mat or other soft surface
  • 2 blocks
  • 2-3 pillows
  • A rolled up blanket
