Self Love

This is the recording from January 8, 2024. Let's start the year off with a full-body, self-loving practice. We'll ease into things with some shorter holds and work ourselves from head to toe.

You will need:

  • A yoga mat or other soft surface like a carpeted area
  • Various sized pillows (2-3)
  • A yoga strap, if you don't have one, a scarf or belt will work
  • A blanket
