Self-loving Relaxation

This is the recording from the free class on December 16, 2023. The intent is to feel like you're giving yourself a big warm hug and we'll add in some self-massage.

You will need:

  • A mat
  • A pillow
  • 2 blocks (thick books if no yoga blocks)
  • A massage ball or tennis ball (if you don't have either, roll up a couple of socks into another sock to make a ball)
  • A blanket is optional
