Shoulder and Hip Mobility

In this practice, we'll focus on hip and shoulder mobility. We'll do some functional range movements that will help lubricate the joints as well as help build strength. Here are the details to prepare.
You will need:

  • A mat
  • A block or thick book
  • A broomstick, yes, you read that correctly :) 
  • Optional pillow and blanket
