In this practice, we will focus on the side body, the Yin and Yang. The side body poses allow us to create length and strength in our torso. As much of our time is spent in the forward-moving plane, tending to the side of our body can offer relief. The right (yang) and left (yin) sides of our body work in harmony to support us. Like night and day, sun and moon, light and dark, summer and winter - opposites balance the other with their dual qualities.
