Let's dust off the cobwebs, wring out stress and welcome the fresh spring season in this gentle yin yoga practice.
Spring is associated with the wood element and in Traditional Chinse Medicine, the organs associated with Spring are the Liver and Gallbladder. We will be working with these two meridians to help remove stagnant Qi in these areas and create balance. Physically, we'll work the inner and outer legs & torso, lower back and hips.
