This session I've titled "Strength & Length" we'll challenge ourselves a bit while practice taking up space. We'll focus on building strength in the large muscle groups and hopefully leave the session feeling long & strong :)

You will need:

  • A mat

  • 2 blocks or thick books

  • Optional blanket for knees
