This practice is for our posture. It will help improve mobility and strength throughout the spine and the whole backside of the body, focusing on the glutes, hamstrings, lower back, spine and neck. In our modern world, we spend so much time hunched forward (forward flexion) causing the front of our body (anterior chain) to be shortened and our back body (posterior chain) to be lengthened and weak. This class aims to balance you out and build strength through the posterior chain so you can have a better posture.
