Strengthen Your Structures - Feet, Bones & Joints

This is a grounding practice that focuses on the structures of the body. We'll do a lot of footwork to build strength in the feet and ankles. We'll also focus on getting deep into the bones and joints. You have the option to use a chair to modify some of the poses. This is the recording from May 18, 2024.

You will need:

  • A mat
  • A small cloth or sock
  • 2 blocks (optional)
  • A chair (optional)
